Coming from a family of healthcare professionals, Vivianne (Wei) Guan grew up in an environment where rigour, seriousness, and integrity were fundamental values. This sense of responsibility became the foundation of her professional journey. Before entering real estate, she spent 16 years working in public relations in China, with more than 10 years in management. These years of demanding projects and team leadership enabled her to develop strong skills in strategic communication, problem-solving, and negotiation.
After settling in Montréal, the city’s artistic richness and architectural diversity rekindled her passion for space and design. A personal experience with a real estate transaction made her realise the profound impact that professional and trustworthy real estate services can have on clients’ lives. Vivianne then decided to combine her professional experience with her sensitivity to spatial aesthetics and devote herself fully to real estate.
In addition to her role as a real estate agent, Vivianne completed professional training in Home Staging, allowing her to offer clients comprehensive strategic advice, from market positioning to space optimizstion and visual presentation of properties. She believes that a successful property depends not only on its location or price, but above all on how it is presented and perceived. Through her expertise in space optimisation and staging, she helps properties stand out in a competitive market, increasing their attractiveness and sales effectiveness.
